Surface Preparation & Industrial Restoration
We provide surface preparation and industrial restoration solutions to support corrosion control, coating preparation, refurbishment, and asset life extension.
Our capabilities include rust and coating removal, industrial surface cleaning, component restoration, and specialised laser cleaning applications where suitable.

Mobile Laser Cleaning Division
Our Mobile Laser Cleaning Division is fully mobile. We mobilise to your site, plant or mine with our own equipment and crew and carry out laser surface preparation, cleaning and re-coating where the asset stands — no dismantling, no transport of components, no waiting on a workshop queue.
Two laser machines cover different applications, so the process is matched to the job. We remove paint and oil contamination, rust and mill scale, and carry out machined surface preparation and restoration, then re-coat the asset to OEM standards. Where the original equipment manufacturer's procedures apply, we work to those surface preparation and coating specifications so the restored asset is brought back to the standard it was built to.
Working on site gives you complete control over your own project and saves the transport cost of moving the item from your works to a sandblasting shop and back. Laser cleaning uses no abrasive blasting media, which greatly reduces the waste a blasting job produces. The paint, oil and contaminants removed from the surface still need to be collected and disposed of appropriately, and we plan for that on every job — while plants keep running, shutdowns stay short, and components that would otherwise be scrapped are returned to service with a documented, traceable surface and coating history.
